On October 25, 2023 the PSTA honored those who have made the ultimate sacrifice at the Interstate Route 84 Fallen Trooper Memorial Highway Welcome Center, located in Matamoras Pennsylvania. This year the names of three fallen Troopers were added to the wall. Trooper Martin Mack III; Trooper Branden Sisca; and Trooper Jacques Rougeau, Jr. We would like to thank the families and friends of our Fallen, and all the dignitaries who took time to honor our fallen.
