The Times-Tribune appears to be both judge and jury in its July 30 editorial demanding that a Pennsylvania state trooper be "docked pay" and "disciplined."
Perhaps you should remember that, like any American, a trooper has due process rights. Hold off on your "punishment" until all the facts are known.
