The Pennsylvania State Troopers Association will host a dedication ceremony for "Fallen Trooper Memorial Highway" at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Matamoras Welcome Center off Exit 53 of Interstate 84.

The portion of I-84 from Lackawanna County to the New York state line will honor troopers killed in the line of duty. For information, go to www.psta.org.
