Retirees with Medco Prescription Services

The PSTA has received several phone calls regarding issues about Medco calling our members at home and our members’ doctors regarding prescription changes relating to brand vs. generic.  If you are experiencing any issues with Medco servicing, please provide the PSTA with a narrative and any supporting documentation that you have regarding your concerns.  Information and documentation may be mailed to:  PSTA, 3625 Vartan Way, Harrisburg, PA  17110, e-mailed to Kathy@psta.org, or faxed to 1-800-540-5318.
