Award presentation to Leslie Ball and Children. Mrs. Ball was presented the ultimate sacrifice award in honor of her late husband Trooper Scott Ball. Trooper Ball was killed in action while serving our Country in Iraq.

Award presentation to Trooper First Class David Diehl. Trooper Diehl was presented the heroism award for the capturing of the suspect wanted for killing a NYPD Police Officer.

Trooper Jamison E. Sgarlat who was not able to attend the Winter Board Dinner was also presented the heroism award for the capturing of the suspect wanted for killing a NYPD Police Officer.
